What Is OBRA Waiver?

HomeCare Instead proudly accepts the Pennsylvania OBRA Waiver, a Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program designed to support adults with significant developmental physical disabilities. Through this program, eligible individuals can receive care and support services that allow them to live safely and independently in their own homes rather than in institutional settings.
